Pho is to the Vietnamese what grits is (or should I say are) to us Georgians. Pho is soup served in a huge bowl with a lot of noodles, a little meat and broth. Always a side dish piled high with all kind of veggies is served with pho and these are added to the broth making for a delicious filling and healthy breakfast. Above is a Nha Trang restaurant which serves good pho and caters to tourists
